The apartment is amazingly designed for comfort, convenience and a good energy and vibe once you enter our flat. You'd be surprise how quaint and how much we made out of our space. You have a full size comfortable bed with plush quilts and cozy linens, accompanied by soft pillows for a good nights rest.
We set up a tall table top dining set for two, where you can comfortably work from and have those morning cups of coffee or some quality time sharing a good meal.
The kitchen is fully stocked, with all the amenities you need to eat and save on your budget or wow yourself and loved ones with a great made meal. Includes Microwave, all cooking utensils, dishware, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, all provided for your comfort and convenience.
We have a nice clean bathroom with a stand up shower and a your private separate toilet and vanity separate from the shower area as well in case you have guest over or are rushing in the mornings with your loved one.
We have also provided a comfortable chair which you can face the flat screen TV with to binge watch your favorite streaming shows. Reliable wifi, comfortable apartment, and a great location makes this a great choice for your stay.

There is a coin operated community washer and dryer located on the 3rd floor common area available 24 hours a day.

Parking is also available in the area. You have a choice to find a spot and park sometime restrictions exist depending on the time of day but free overnight. There is also a paid lot around the corner for longer term parking as well. And we also know of some local blocks where you can park all day and night with no restrictions only 6 mins away if you plan on not using your car. Just ask.
Heating: Each apartment has electric baseboard heaters in them. They are typically white or cream colored metal units across the lower parts of the wall. Most of them have a knob on them for temperature control. Some apartments have one main control by the living room or kitchen call. It a metal unit that runs across the wall lower part. There is a knob on each right turns it higher. After a bit it gets very warm in there.
