DestinOnTheWater is one of the premier homes...certainly one of the most beautiful on the water canals of Holiday Isle in Destin. Renters must be at least 25 and homeowners, with 2 named primary renters required if groups have more than 8 guests.
This house has everything you could want in a modern executive home. 6,800+ sq ft of living space, a huge pool (optional $250 heating fee) and over 6,000 sq ft of outdoor living on multiple decks and a huge covered patio. Very relaxing setting on the canals directly connected to Destin Harbor...we encourage you to bring your own boat/s and dock in our open slip or canal frontage (has water and power)! We also have a kayak launching platform...3 blowup kayaks included in your rental. Take our new 8-person golf cart or walk the 1/3 mile to the white "sugar-sand" beaches of the Emerald Coast (Google images for many pictures)!
DestingOnTheWater is very close to an abundance of great restaurants, shopping, and exciting entertainment venues, golf courses, beaches, etc.
Lots to do at this house (see pics) - the pool has lots of pool toys, and can be heated during your stay with an optional fee (certainly warm enough already during spring & summer). The back half of the huge, 47' deep car garage has a regulation pool/ping-pong table, chess/backgammon table, exercise equipment (treadmill, inversion table, recumbent bike, some hand weights, punching bag, etc.). The front has our 8-person, 15' long golf cart. You can still park one car inside! Included with your rental are use of lots of beach equipment, some blowup kayaks, pool toys...and a ton of TVs! All yours with your rental.

Bring your boat/s if you have them! Water and power are on our docks...a 37' slip and 60+' canal frontage dock! Must plan for off-premisus trailer parking, as overnight trailer parking is not allowed.
