Charming, dog friendly and affordable two bedroom/two bathroom downstairs of house, located at 215 Charleston Blvd Isle of Palms, SC, is just a short walk to the beach! (See photo of beach access...just 449 feet) Only 0.5 mile to Sullivan's Island and 10 miles to downtown Charleston.
Features include: Ground floor for easy access, spacious, fenced backyard for dogs and deck with grill and room for dining, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, WIFI, cable television and DVD player in Living Room, Washer/Dryer. LINENS INCLUDED.
Both bathrooms are equipped small shower stalls but the rental also has a more spacious outdoor shower with hot water just for the downstairs rental.
Dog considered with a $175 non refundable pet fee. The check box stating: "I am traveling with pets" needs to be checked. This option is under the "Guest" section, directly beside the "Where to?" box and the "Dates" box you fill out when you are initially starting your search.
