Summary: Pool was under construction, hot tub was under construction. These were why we booked this hotel and neither were available. When I asked the clerk why their website didn't mention the fact that the pool and hot tub were not available, he said it was not policy to inform customers beforehand, only after they had booked and paid. By the way, bookings are non-refundable at this location. Please call ahead to make sure the amenities are available that you are interested in.
