Spacious home on Spangenberg Lake. Be part of a wonderful and relaxed Lakefront Community only 25 minutes from Scranton. 4 bedrooms + 3.5 bathrooms. Can easily accommodate up to 12 people. Recently renovated so just about everything is brand new. Finished Basement with a bedroom, bathroom, a large living area with a walkout to the lower deck facing the back yard and the lake. Large upper deck as well that is next to the kitchen with an outdoor dining table and a gas grill. 2 Flat screen smart TVs in both living rooms. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Plenty of parking. Pet Friendly.
In the winter can be a good spot for ski lovers as it is 25 minutes from Montage, 40 min from Elk and 35 min from camelback.
In the summer, there is Lake Spangenberg to enjoy with 2 Kayak's and paddle boards and plenty of floaties. Lake Wallenpaupack is only 20 minutes away of you with to rent a speed boat or pontoon. And there is plenty of Hiking and Nature all around.
