The home is located in Monte Paraiso, one of Playa Hermosa’s most prestigious gated communities. The beautifully landscaped development features solid paved roads, underground utilities, 24/7 security and backup pressurized water system.
Playa Hermosa is a small community just 25-minutes from Guanacaste Airport (LIR). It has a spectacular beachfront featuring many delicious restaurants. It's a great launching point for scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. You can head just a few minutes south to the conveniences of Playas del Coco with several grocery stores, many restaurants, bars and shops.
