Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in the 900 sq ft Reef Suite on the 2nd level of the Little Bay Hideaway in Norfolk, VA.

The Space:
This pet friendly suite sleeps 4 guests and has two bedrooms, each with queen mattresses, full bedding, and ample storage with nightstands, dressers and full closet in each bedroom.

The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 43" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi.

There is one fully equipped bathroom with 4 sets of bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen with basic cookware.

This unit is pet friendly. We allow up to 2 house trained dogs or cats and require:
-Pets not be allowed on the beds or furniture
-When pets are left alone, ideally, they are left in crates. Otherwise, the doors to the bedroom and bathroom should be left shut.

Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code. There is no ramp or elevator in this building.

Guests will have the entire suite to themselves. All suites / units are fully separate with dedicated entrances.

The Neighborhood:
This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Quiet hours begin at 11pm (this is a multi-unit, family friendly property)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• Up to 2 house trained dogs or cats are allowed in unit. Pets are not allowed on/in beds. When left alone in unit, please crate. If no crate, shut all bedroom and bathroom doors.
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.
