Positive: Everything was beyond exceptional and exceeded expectations. The details are incredible and the staff are amazing, we would definitely return again!!

Negative: The Internet was horrible, we kept getting disconnected, it was super slow, and family members from abroad couldnt connect at all. Neighbours were extremely noisy and loud and their kids kept ringing the doorbell for hours
