We furnished this unit like we would if we were living there. Very comfortable & sturdy furniture. Comfortable mattress, super soft linens, white sheets & towels for easy disinfecting wash. Relax when you arrive and enjoy the pantry stocked with some food, snacks, coffee & different types of teas. New as of 2023: Refrigerator, full size range, black out curtains In bedroom, LVP flooring in bath, interior paint, Smart TV & LED light fixtures. Other things you will love: tilt-in windows, designated driveway for each unit & large back yard. Neighborhood: sidewalks and close to Lenoir Rhyne University, 2 local hospitals & major highways.
