*Please adhere to the agreed upon check-in and check-out times, check-in at 2pm and check-out at 12am
*Do not play loud speakers or music, disturb others, enter private property, or use swimming pools other than those indicated in the reservation.
*In accordance with the resort’s rules, barbecuing is not allowed in the garden. If you wish to barbecue, an electric grill is available in the villa that does not require charcoal. You can grill in the villa’s outdoor courtyard.
*Pay the guarantee amount of (30) riyals to the villa manager before entering the villa, and the guarantee amount will be refunded after ensuring the safety of the villa’s facilities and tools.
*The tools and equipment in the villa facilities must be maintained, and any damage to them will be deducted from the guarantee amount
