This amazing 3 story cottage sleeps 9 and is just steps away from the beautiful white sand beach and clear emerald waters of the Gulf. The views from the living room balcony are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the incredible sunsets over the water.

This home is located in Summer Towne Cottages, less than 100 steps to the beach and 1 block from the restaurants and shops of Pier Park. There is also a community pool located right outside your door for those days you want to take a break from the beach.

This home comes complete with high speed internet, Roku smart TVs in living room and each bedroom, washer and dryer, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need if you decide to cook any of your meals.

The first floor bedroom sleeps 3 with a twin over full bunkbed. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination.
On the second floor you'll find 2 bedrooms.
The first features queen bedroom with full tub/shower bathroom. This room also has a balcony that looks over the pool.
Just down the hall is the master bedroom with queen bed and full bath with stand-up shower. You will also find a clothes iron and iron board located in the master closet. This room has a balcony with chairs where you can sit and feel the ocean breezes, but there is no view of the ocean from this balcony.
The top floor is where you will find the kitchen, living room with queen sofa bed, and powder room. You also have an amazing view of the beach, gulf, and pier from this balcony. Please note that this home does not have an elevator.
There is one dedicated parking spot and 3 overflow spots that are on a first come/first serve basis. Please do not park on the grass.
