Summary: Despite courteous staff, RL Mouradi Hammam Bourguiba fails to meet basic standards of comfort and wellness. Rooms were poorly maintained, with hair in the bathroom and spider webs in the corners. The hammam was cold and unclean, and spa services were substandard — the massage lacked professionalism and the Douche à Affusion treatment was both overpriced and ineffective. Alcohol was inexplicably restricted to rooms only, not available at the bar. At the pool, guests swam fully clothed, raising serious hygiene concerns due to fabric residues and reduced water quality. Combined with its remote location, difficult access roads, and limited nearby services, the hotel does not provide a relaxing or professional experience and cannot be recommended.
